She Without End

*********************************************************************

I have been writing since I was a wee lassie; the evidence is in my attempt to add my commentary in the form of the scribbled crayon marks in my childhood books!  I began journaling in earnest when I was 13; encouraged by teachers who sensed that there was some tragedy in my life, my journal became my confidant when there was no other safe place to go.  I am convinced that writing (along with music) saved my life.

This early discipline of writing on a regular basis led me to do well in later literature and philosophy courses, where I had to argue points in essay format (mathematics was a different story!).  I began a foray into creative writing in the form of poetry and short stories.  This ease with the written word later manifested as several published articles in newsweeklies, magazines, newsletters and websites around the world.

Now, I write so much it feels like breathing.  Between my articles, journal entries, e-zines and newsletters, now-famous emails, and books and eBooks, I am birthing, writing is becoming a primary language for me.  The only trick is to find time to do it in my busy life!!!  I am currently working on several pieces.

I hope that you enjoy perusing a popular article and sample of my writing on the left.  If you are interested in publishing one of my articles or would like to hire me to write an article for your publication, please contact me at (719) 657-0424 or email me licia@liciaberry.com.  I prefer to be asked permission for my articles to be published on other websites and feel it is common courtesy to do so.
